About The Event

We are having a fall “Teen Connect Kick Off” (for youth in Grades 7-12) on Wednesday, 9/7, from 7-8:30 PM at the church! We will be having team building games, PIZZA, and we’ll share the theme for the fall as well as discuss upcoming events! Every teen who comes will receive a special Teen Connect gift! Please register by emailing Pastor Jon Hartkopf at PastorHartkopf@gmail.com or calling/texting him at (610) 220-7361.

What Happens at Teen Connect? Teen Connect is for youth in grades 7-12. Our night begins with outdoor/indoor games followed by a Bible teaching, group Scripture memory, and a time for teens to fellowship together. Throughout the year, teens have the opportunity to earn credits to use for gear (t-shirts, cups, hats, etc.), Amazon gift cards, and candy bars, etc. They also are given the opportunity to earn up to 100% off the cost to go to High Point Summer camp, High Point Fall Fest, and other activities during the year! Credits are earned by attending Teen Connect, attending Sunday services, memorizing Scripture, completing daily devotions, and attending monthly youth activities.

What is the purpose of Teen Connect?   The Bible teaches that the home is to be the primary place of spiritual development (Deut. 6:6-9). Here at Calvary, our goal is to come alongside you and help disciple your teen, equip them to serve, and provide opportunities for service and outreach. Jesus’s two great commandments were to love God and to love others as yourself (Matthew 22:36-38). With these commands as our guideposts, our heart is to see your teen come to know God and then to understand what it means practically love God and love others. My desire is to see every teen commit his or her life to Christ!
