New building program

The primary phase of our new building program is to provide a new sanctuary for the church. This fully equipped auditorium will be on the first floor and a new fellowship hall and kitchen will be in the basement. The seating for the sanctuary will be 200, and the dining capacity for the fellowship hall will be 175. We are very excited about the prospect of these facilities which will be the first new buildings the church has ever had since it’s beginning in 1977.

A second part of phase one and the bulk of phase two will be the complete renovation of our present building which was built in 1875. The first floor will be beautifully modernized in phase one, and phase two will see the remainder of the building renovated to the glory of God.

We are estimating the cost of phase one to be $800,000 and the cost of phase two to be $400,000.

Giving of our Means, Realizing Our Dreams ~ Ecclesiastes 5:3

1 God causes the need to exist. (Matthew 16:18)	How wonderful to recognize that “God is the source!” Our church building need was brought into existence by Him for His glory.
2 God will never cause a need beyond His ability to supply. (Philippians 4:19)	As our Source, He is our provider from His supply. How thrilling to recognize that God has set His provision program into operation using man.
3 God’s provision is through His people, usually through previous supply. (Exodus 36:7)	By understanding and following these three Biblical principles, we enter into partnership with God as a channel bringing glory and honor to our Heavenly Father.
